Exchange/Return Policy

PAPABAU will do every effort to provide customers with defect-free items. Until PAPABAU receives the returned item, it does not assume ownership of any items that the user may return. Unless the product is delivered broken or has manufacturing defects, no item purchased on our website will be returned. The form of reimbursement will be store credit, good for one year of redemption. Even in the event that the product have been delivered incorrectly, returns for correspondence received after seven days from the date of delivery will not be accepted unless specifically permitted by the product warranty. Goods purchased during the sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
