The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Papabau Platform and to any Products you purchase from the Papabau Platform. The Terms and Conditions apply regardless of how you access the Papabau Platform, including any technologies or devices by which Papabau makes the Papabau Platform available to you, at home, on the move, or in-store. By accessing, browsing, using, registering with, or placing an order on the Papabau Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Please note that we may from time to time change the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the Papabau Platform. Every time you wish to use our Papabau Platform, please check these Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Further, please note that we reserve the right to either change the format and the content of the Papabau Platform or suspend the operation of the Papabau Platform for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason, at any time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate product shipping and delivery to you (“Shiprocket”). We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partner which will be responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you on the Papabau Platform at the time such Product is processed and successfully handed over to the Logistic Partner by us. The user will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from the Papabau Platform through email/ sms on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/ registered with us. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the order confirmation page displayed at the time the order is confirmed by us. You agree and understand that though we effectuate product delivery to the users through our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.
You agree and understand that though we endeavor to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Papabau Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of placing an order for the purchase of Products on the Papabau Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Papabau Platform.
You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Papabau Platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.
Papabau endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Ashay New Delhi fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Papabau may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.
The default rate is ₹26.27/0.5 kg. The shipping price is subject to change based on the selected zone and courier availability.

LOSS IN TRANSIT
Papabau shall make all endeavours to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. Papabau does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by us. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to brand’s customer service within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Papabau holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Papabau shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. Papabau has a no refund policy once an order is placed.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Products displayed on Papabau attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Papabau does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the brand is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Papabau is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.
